Below is a list of the procedures offered by Dr. Thomas Barnes. We have provided an estimated cost of the procedures offered to serve as a guideline for your research purposes. These are estimates only. The estimates include Local Anesthesia Fee, Operating Room Fee, Facility Fee, Surgeon’s Fee and Pre & Post Operative Care. Your exact procedure quote will be determined at your consultation, either virtual or in some cases an in office visit is required.
You will be responsible for purchasing and picking up your post operative medications and compression garment prior to your scheduled procedure. We provide the immediate dressings and compression that is applied immediately after the procedure. We will help guide you on selection of your compression garment.
Face Lift
Average Cost: $11,500-$17,000

Typically our face lifts are performed under local anesthesia. Often a face lift is combined with other procedures such as eyelid surgery or a neck lift.
Neck Lift
Average Cost: $11,500-$15,000

Most neck lifts are done under local anesthesia. Typically a neck lift will include liposculpture of the neck and jowls as needed and a Platysmaplasty to tighten loose hanging vertical bands. It is not uncommon for a neck lift to be combined with a facelift.
Face & Neck lift

A Face/Neck Lift combines a facelift and neck lift under local anesthesia for full rejuvenation. This procedure smooths facial skin and tightens the neck with liposculpture and Platysmaplasty, enhancing both face and neck contours seamlessly.
Liposuction

Liposuction is most often done comfortably under local anesthesia. The cost of liposuction depends on the treatment area or areas that can be safely done in one procedure. The detail and size of the treatment area/s as well as the anticipated volume of fat is considered on an individual basis when pricing a liposuction procedure.
Male Gynecomastia

Most often, Gynecomastia is often an inherited condition that is not resolved with exercise and weight loss alone. Male chest liposuction provides a long-lasting solution to the appearance of enlarged male breasts, helping our patients feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies.
Fat Transfer Face & Buttocks

Typically done under local anesthesia and in combination with our liposuction procedure necessary to harvest the fat. An in-person consultation is necessary to get an accurate estimate of the required volume of fat needed to be harvested to achieve the desired result.

CO2 Laser for the Face

CO2 Fractional Laser for the Face, Neck, Chest and Arms

KTP Laser

We have a variety of lasers that treat various specific conditions. The above prices are average estimates that vary depending on the severity of the condition, the specific treatment area, size of the area and number of treatments. Botox & Fillers

Dr Barnes uses only genuine Botox for the treatment of dynamic facial lines and wrinkles.
Filler: Cost: $750 Per Syringe
Juvederm Ultra is used to add volume to areas of the face and fill facial lines & wrinkles.
Fotofacial Laser for the Face Neck & Chest
Average Cost: $250-$350 Per Treatment

Blepharoplasty

Eyelid surgery is typically done under local anesthesia and may include only the upper eyelids, or the lower eyelids. It often can include both which is referred to as a ‘Quad Blepharoplasty’. Lower eyelid surgery is often combined with CO2 Laser depending on skin type.
