- AnesthesiaDr. Barnes performs all of his procedures safely & comfortably under awake local anesthesia, with oral sedation, and with the added comfort of ProNox (laughing gas) available. Twilight or general anesthesia can be arranged in our accredited surgery center for an additional cost.
